Change is an inside job
Meet Dr Jennifer Palmer
I've spent over 20 years working as a GP in the NHS, but my approach to health has evolved significantly over that time.
Born and raised in Canada, I graduated from the University of Toronto in 2000 with a medical degree and completed my family medicine residency in Thunder Bay, Ontario. I then moved to the UK in 2002 and have called the East Midlands home ever since where I live with my husband, son and very lively dog.

In my coaching role, I do not provide medical diagnoses or prescriptions – that's what your GP is for. Instead, I focus on empowering you with lifestyle medicine principles and coaching techniques to help you manage your health and achieve your wellness goals.
MY SPECIAL INTEREST:
Having lived with hearing loss and tinnitus myself, I have a particular passion for supporting others with these conditions. I understand firsthand the impact they can have on daily life, and I'm here to help you navigate this journey with practical, evidence-based strategies.

Free Discovery Call (30 minutes) We'll chat about your health concerns, what you'd like to achieve, and how I might help. I'll explain my approach and we'll see if we're a good fit to work together.
Initial Coaching Session (90 minutes) We'll explore your challenges in detail and create your personalised action plan. You'll leave with clear, achievable first steps towards your health goals.
Follow-up Sessions (60 minutes each) We'll review your progress, celebrate your successes, tackle any obstacles, and adjust your plan as needed. Each session builds on the last to keep you moving forward.
Throughout our work together, I'll provide practical advice and ongoing support tailored to your unique needs.
